Public Works Department, Maharashtra, Mumbai circle has issued a recruitment notification for filling-up of 243 posts of Jr Engineer, Civil Engineering Assistant and Stenographer. Online applications against these Sarkari Jobs in Mumbai shall be accepted up to 21-08-2014.

PWD Mumbai Vacancy Details
1. Junior Engineer – 196 Posts
2. Civil Engineer Assistant – 45 Posts
3. Stenographer – 02 Posts

Age Limit: General category candidates should not have age less than 18 years and not more than 33 years. Age will be calculated as on 08-08-2014. The relaxation in upper age limit shall be given as per rules & regulations.

Qualification(s): In order to be qualified for this Sarkari Naukri, candidate should have following qualifications;
1. Junior Engineer – Diploma in Civil Engineering
2. Civil Engineer Assistant – 12 class pass. Diploma in Civil Engineering OR Diploma in Draftsmanship
3. Stenographer – 12 class pass. Shorthand speed of 120 w.p.m. in Marathi. Typing speed of 30 w.p.m. in Marathi or 40 w.p.m. in English.

• for the posts of Junior Engineer: Written Exam – 200 Marks | No Trade Test
• for the posts of Steno & Civil Engineering Assistant: Written Exam – 120 Marks | Trade Test – 80 Marks
