Job Description
- Handling Civil works including waterproofing and insulation systems, concrete repair, renovation, high-pressure water cleaning, pool tiling and grouting, gypsum plastering, flooring and sport surfaces.
- Maintains an in-depth knowledge of all company and legal safety regulations and communicates them to all workers.
- Additionally, the supervisor enforces compliance, administering disciplinary actions as required
- All operational duties, such as coordinating work schedules and ensuring the timely delivery of goods by external vendors, are also the responsibility of a site supervisor.
- Ensures that everyone adheres to all schedule and budget constraints.
- Provides an up-to-the-minute briefing on the status of the construction project. It is at this time that any changes, delays or other issues are addressed.
- Management reserves the right to revise partly or fully the job responsibilities as per business needs.
- Reporting To: Project Manager Ready to travel across South India Projects coming at Ooty, Kodaikanal, Kumarakom
