Job Opening for the Post of Site Engineer Designation: - Site Engineer Location: - Girgaon {Near CP Tank} {Candidate should be mobile} Reporting To: - Director Qualification: - Preferred BE {Civil} Dip Civil {Latest Auto Cad must} Experience: - 4-6 years in residential site project execution Salary: - As per industry standards and experience Responsibilities:- 1 Tracking progress of ongoing projects and ensure timely execution Labor, Suppliers, Client Coordination and Liaisons 2 Preparing detailed Man and Material Reports, Bills etc Facilitating timely procurement of materials 3 Performing Material Planning, Reconciliation, Estimation, Asset Checks Managing Site Staff 4 Understanding Market Rates and getting best quotes {For Materials, Projects etc} 5 Understanding architectural, civil, structural drawings etc and prepare Material Quantity Requirement Estimates 6 Maintain Overall Site Reports 7 To act as technical advisor to subcontractors, operatives and crafts people with respect to the construction site 8 To check drawings, plans, and make quality checks to get an accurate project status 9 To ensure that all the materials used are according to the specifications and maintain individual site material purchase report, inventory report 10 To oversee the requisition and ion of the materials 11 To bring to the notice of Director the material distributors set prices and take cost effective measures, also maintain material bills and records 12 To manage, monitor and interpret the design of the contract documents that has been supplied to them 13 To manage the site on a day to day basis that includes supervising and monitoring the labor force and that of the sub contractors 14 Maintain labor force and sub contractors attendance, payroll/ to-pay records depending on the attendance and qty of work completed or pending etc 15 To see that quality control methods are in place 16 To resolve unexpected technical problems that may arise
