Requirements:

• With 5 to 7 years of experience in the maintenance of MEP. 
• Create and execute FM project work plans by identifying resources needed and assigning individual responsibilities Manage effectively the CAFM system and keep track of complaint status Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the FM project & scope and effectively apply our methodology to enforce FM industry standards 
• Minimize risks in the project & monitor execution of PPM as per schedule in all sites Must have knowledge of HVAC equipment selection/maintenance, coordination with Sub-Contractors of cleaning, landscaping and other disciplines.
• Good communication skills in English is essential. 
• Gulf experience preferred.
