Requirements:
- Degree or diploma
- Experience in Construction/Engineering industry
- Prior knowledge of Construction, Precast will be an advantage.
- Reporting to Contracts Manager
- Responsible for the preparation of plans, contracts, budgets and other documentation.
- Quantity take off, cost estimate, contract administrations and support in tender exercise
- Risk analysis evaluation
- Feasibility studies
